No order number confirmation, no idea when to collect. Money taken but no product and babk useless to stop. Almost fraud. Terrible service
Ok to order from, but have used it twice and neither time have I recieved a confirmation email and both times I've had to contact customer support as I've not recieved a delivery confirmation either to allow for click and collect.
Can't fault it. Installed, ordered, paid. No glitches.

No option for click and collect so had to pay postage, turned up and instead of a Welsh top they sent a Scottish top! Now I can't even get to the stage to pay for another one as it keeps breaking before I enter my card details. Awful app.
No click and collect option useless
No option to log in. No option for click and collect. No option for personalized item. £4 delivery means that using the 15% discount is pointless.
